Ordering
The customer may place an order directly via the site, using the available e-commerce features.

Orders become final once payment is validated and confirmed via email.

Payment

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or in the event of a proven product defect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment provided by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, custom-configured items, activated software, services already performed, or products that cannot be returned for technical or usage-related reasons.

Retention of title
ITS Chrono retains full ownership of the products sold until the customer has paid the price in full.
Upon delivery, the risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred to the customer.
Liability
ITS Chrono shall not be held liable for any misuse of products, use not in accordance with technical recommendations, unauthorized intervention, or damage resulting from a case of force majeure.
ITS Chrono's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute with ITS Chrono.
Before referring the matter to the mediator, the customer must send a written complaint to ITS Chrono.

Governing law
